S.R.O. 9^6 (I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 78 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to
declare that section 78 ibid shall apply to the Off-Dock Terminal, M/s Bahria Transshipment
Hub Pakistan Ltd., Karachi, notified as a customs station vide Notification No. SRO.
1397(I)/2020 dated the 17th December, 2020.
