S.R.O. 1139 (I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9
read with clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and in
supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O 1216(I)/2020 dated the 13th November, 2020, the
Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare M/s Fast Track Projects & Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd.,
measuring ten acres of land, situated at Plot Nos. W-3/1, E-20, E-21, E-22, W-2/1/74, W-
2/1/20. W-2/1/19 and W-2/1/18, North Western Industrial Zone (NWIZ), Port Bin Qasim Main
Road, Karachi, to be a customs-port for clearance of goods or any class of goods imported or
to be exported, and to specify the following to be the limits of the aforesaid customs-port,
namely:-
North 24 Feet Wide Road / Plot Nos. W2/38, W2/1/175, W2/1/176, W2/37,
W2/36 & W2/35;
(b) West PQA Main Road, Plot No. W-3/2 & W-3/3;
East 24 Feet Wide Double Road / Asif Rice Mills; and
W South 24 Feet Wide Road / Pot Nos. E-23, E-24, E-25, W2/1/21, W2/1/22 and
W2/1/23.
2. The notification shall remain valid for a period of five years from the date of its
issuance.
