NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. (I)/2O26.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 78 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is
pleased to authorize the Terminal Storage Area-A (TSA-A) yard, measuring eight acres,
of Port Qasim Authority, Karachi, for the temporary storage of international transshipment
cargo in the wake of prevailing emergency and war-like situation in the Gulf region. The
following shall be the limits of the aforesaid TSA-A yard of the M/s. Port Qasim Authority,
namely:-
(i) On north-west; PQAreserved Road (under constructed);
On south: PQA reserved Road (constructed); W
(iii) On north-east: PQA Plot POZ/SP 06;
