NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 95(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that
the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.487(I)/2007,
dated the 9th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after third proviso, for the full stop, at the end, a
colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following new proviso shall be added,
namely:-
“Provided also that the vehicles seized by Model Customs Collectorates,
Peshawar, as per details specified in the Table below, shall be released on payment of
duty, taxes and redemption fine.
