S.R.O.________(I)/2000:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 13 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct in its
Notification No. SRO 445(I)/2000, dated the 1st July 2000, that the following further amendments
shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 1st July, 2000 named:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table-II against S.No.9 in column (1), in column 3 for
the word “Board”, the words, letters and figures “board excluding MDF below 4 mm thickness” shall
be substituted.
