(CUSTOMS/SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 79 (I)/2001: - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs
Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O. 818(I)/89, dated the 9th August, 1989, namely:
In the aforesaid Notification:-
(a) in Schedule-I, after serial No.8, the following new serial number and entry relating
thereto shall be added, namely:-
“9. Unit soles with heels, soles and heels.”; and
(b) in Schedule-II, after serial No. 15, the new serial number and entry relating thereto
shall be added, namely:-
“16. Manufacturing of footwear.”
