S.R.O.________(I)/2000:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following
further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 111(I)83, dated 12th February, 1983,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification in the Schedule I, in S. No. D, in entry 5, after the words
“Municipal Limits “, the comma and words ”, and area of four Kilometers beyond Municipal
Limits” shall be inserted.
