GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 1st October, 2010 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 933(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I,- (a) after S.No.2 in column (1) and the netries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) , the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “2A. 1701.1100 Cane Sugar 0% If imported by private sector 1701.1200 Beet Sugar 0% If imported by private sector”; and (b) the existing S.No.2A in column (1) shall be re-numbered as S.No.2AA. ________________________________________________________________________ [C.No.1(11)Tar-I/85] 35/2010] ( MEHMOOD ALAM) Additional Secretary
