NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 687 (I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,
1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further
amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(1) in TABLE I,-
(i) against serial number 10 in column (1), in column (4) for the figure
“7.5%” the figure “3%” shall be substituted and in column (5) the existing
entry shall be omitted; and
(2) in TABLE II,-
(i) against serial numbers 1A in column (1), in column (4) for the
figure “7.5%” the figure “9%” shall be substituted;
(ii) serial numbers 55, 63, 64, 67, 70, 136,137,142, 143, 144, 145, 157
and 158 in column (1), and corresponding entries relating thereto in
columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted; and

(iii) against serial numbers 124 and 125 in column (1), in column (4)
for the figure “4.5%” the figure “6%” shall be substituted and in column
(5) the existing entry shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect on and from the 1st July, 2010.
