(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 837 (I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs
Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further
amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in TABLE II, serial number 58 in column (1) , and the corresponding entries
relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect on and from the 1st July, 2010.
