qZA- (l) of S.R.O. $)12024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
I 3 ofthesection 19 ofthe Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and sub-section (2) of section
Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Govemment is pleased to direct that the following
further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 492(Iy2009, dated the
13th June, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid notification.-
"in condition (i), after the word "manufacturers", the expression "excluding
those availing Export Facilitation Scheme (Chapter XL of Customs Rules,
2001)" shall be inserted.".
2 This notification shall take effect from the I't July, 2024.
