UY2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Govemment is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O 64 5 (l) I 20 1 8, dated the 24th May, 20 1 8, namely :- In the aforesaid Notification,- "after Table-I, in the proviso, after the expression "Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS), 2021", the expression "or the Export Processing Zones Scheme as licensed under Sub-Chapter 3 of Chapter XII of Customs Rules, 2001" shall be inserted. 2 This notification shall take effect from the 1'1 July, 2024.
