Q]a (l)12024. - In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Govemment is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.o. 693(l\12006, dated the l't day of July, 2006. namely: - ln the albresaid Notilication, - (l) in Appendix-I, in the'first column, - (a) after PCT heading 4009.4120 and entries relating thereto in the second column, the tbllowing new PCT headings "4011.1000, 4011.4000, 401 L201 I , 401 I .2019, 401 1 .9010", and entries relating thereto in second column, shall be inserled, namely: - "4011.1000 For vehicles ofheading 87.03 (upto l7 inch rim size); ,+01 1 201 I For vehicles of subieading 8704.2190. 8704.3 130 and 8704.3 190; 4011.2019 For vehicles ofsub-heading 8704.2190, 8704.313 0 and 8704.3 190; 401 1.4000 For vehicles ofheading 87.1 l: 4011.9010 Forvehiclesofsub-headings 8703.2115"; (b) against PCT heading 8512.2010, in the second column. for entry (1), the following shall be substituted, namely: - "(1) Head light for vehicles of heading 87.03, vehicles of sub-heading 8704.3 I 50 and vehicles of heading 87. I I "; (c) against PCT heading 8708.2931, in the second column, under entry (A), for entries (30) and (31). the following shall respectively be substituted, namelv: - '(30) Front radiator grill and parts thereof;

(3 1) Camishes and trims (inner/ outer)"; (d) against PCT heading 8708.2931, in the second column, under entry (A), after Sr. No. (89), the fbllowing new-Sr. No. (90) shall be added, namely: - "(90) Speakers"; (e) against PCT lieading 8708.2931, in the second column, under entry (D), after Sr. No. (40), the following new Sr. No. (41) shall be added, namely: - "(41) Speakers"; (0 against PCT heading 8708.9120, in the second column, the following shall be subst ituted. nanrely: - "- - - Radiator for vehicles of heading 87.03 and vehicles of sub heading 8704.2190, 8704.3130, 8704.3150, 8704.3190 and 8703.3225": (2) in Appendix-Il, in the first column, - (g) after PCT heading 4009.4110 and entries relating thereto in the second column, the following new PCT headings "4011.2091, 4011.2099, 4011.7000", and entries relating thereto in second column, shall be inserted, namely: - "4011.2091 For Vehicle of heading 87.02 and 87.04 (g.v.w. exceeding 5 tons); 4011.2099 For vehicles of heading 87.02 and 87.04 (g.v.w exceeding 5 tons); 401 1 .7000 For vehicles ol sub-lreading 8101 .9220 and 8701.9320"r (h) against PCT heading 4016.9920, in the second column, for entry (3), the following shall be substituted, namely: - "(3) Mud flaps/ mud guards for vehicles of heading 87.02 and sub- heading 870 1.2 120, 87 01.2140, 870 1.2 I 90, 87 01.2290, 81 01.2390, 8701.2990, 8701 .2490, 8704.2040, 8704.2219, 8704.2299. 8704.2390 and 8704.6030; (i) against PCT heading 8708.5010, in the second column, for entry (l). the following shall be substituted, narnely: -

"- - - (1) Built up drive axles with hub and brake drum for vehicles of heading 87.02 and sub-heading s 81 01 .2120, 81 0 | .21 40, 870 I .2 I 90, 8101.2290, 8701.2390. 8701.2990, 8704.22t9, 8704.2299. 81 04.2390 and 8704.6030"; (j) against PCT heading 8708.8020, in the second column, for existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely: - "- - - Pin for shock absorbers lor vehicles ofsub headings 8101.2120, 8701.2140, 8701.2190, 8701.2290, 8701.2390, 8101.2990. 8701.9040 and 8701.9060"; and (k) against PCT heading 8708.9130, in the second column, for existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely: - "- - - Radiator for vel.ricles of Heading 87.02 and sub headings 8701.2120, 8701.2140, 8701.2190, 8701.2290, 8701.2390, 8101.2990, 870i.9060, 8101.9220, 8701.9320, 8704.2219, 87 04.2299 and 8704.2390". 2.
