Amendment in Notification No. S.R.O.499(I)/2009, dated the 13th June, 2009

Government of Pakistan (Revenue Division) Federal Board of Revenue **** Islamabad, the 25th August, 2011. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 794 (I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.499(I)/2009, dated the 13th June, 2009, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, under serial number (2) for clause (d) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(d) old and used spare parts and accessories 20%”. for use in second hand plant and machinery used in manufacturing of goods. ___________________________________________________________________ [C.
