NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.476 (I)/2011. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) in Table-I, in serial number 4, in column (2), against PCT Heading “2923.9010” for the word “Betain” in column (3), the word “Betaine” shall be substituted; (b) in Table-III,- (i) for heading “A” and the entries relating thereto in columns (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) the following shall be substituted. “A.
