Islamabad, the June,June, 2023
S.R.O. 71f (1)/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall
May, 2018,be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 645(1)/2018, dated the 24th
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
in Table 1, in column (1), against S.No.1, in column (4), for the ( 1)
expression "10%", the expression "15%" shall be substituted;
and
after Table 1, in the proviso, after the expression "Rules, 2008", (2)
the expression "or the Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS), 2021"
shall be inserted.
2. This notification shall take effect from the Pt July, 2023.
