Amendments in S.R.O 797(I)/2021 dated 21.06.2021

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ****** NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) Islamabad, the 13th March, 2023. S.R.0 343 (1)/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), read with section 179 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.0.797(1)/2021, dated the 21" day of June, 2021, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),- (1) against S.No.2, in column (3), after entry (i), the following new entry shall be inserted, namely:- "(ia) Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, South Asia Pakistan Terminal (SAPT), Custom House, Karachi;"; (2) against S.No.3, in column (3)-, in entry (iv), the word "and" shall be omitted; and in entry (vi), for the full stop at the end, a semicolon and the word "and" shall be substituted and thereafter the following new entry shall be added, namely:- "(vii) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Khuzdar."; (3) against S.No.4, in column (3), for entry (iii), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(iii) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Sargodha."; (4) against S.No.5, in column (3),- in entry (i), after the word "Appraisement", the expression "(East)" shall be inserted; and after entry (i), amendment as aforesaid, the following new entry shall be added, namely:- "(ia) Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (West), Lahore."; in entry (ii), the expression "excluding Civil Divisions of Sargodha, Sahiwal and Faisalabad" shall be omitted; and (5) against S.No.6, in column (3), after entry (i), the following new entry shall be inserted, namely:- (6) "(ia) Collectorate of Customs Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad.".
