S.R.O. 205(1)/2023.- in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section
18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the amendments made in its Notification No. S.R.O. No. 966(1)/2022, dated the 30th day of
June, 2022 vide Notification S.R.O. No. 1722(1)/2022, dated the 9th day of September, 2022,
shall remain in force till the 31st day of March, 2023 with the modification as if in the first said
Notification No. S.R.O. 966(1)/2022, in paragraph 4A, the expression "if imports made in Pak
Rupees (PKRs) or through barter mechanism" were omitted from the 22nd day of February,
2023.
