(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 77 (I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)
of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969) , the Federal Government is pleased
to levy regulatory duty at the rate of 25% ad-valorem on the import of ware potato,
falling under the PCT code 0701.9000 of the First Schedule to the said Act.
1[2. The regulatory duty shall not be levied on import of potatoes if imported by
International Food Chains Franchise (IFFC) operating in the country.]
