S.R.O.340(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18D of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to levy a fee of
Rupees three hundred per piece of all types of seals to be used for Pakistan Customs
Container Security System (PCCSS) and such fee shall be inclusive of service charges for
sealing and de-sealing.
