S.R.O.425(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9
and clause (a) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and in supersession of
its Notification No. S.R.O.904(I)/2005, dated the 3rd September, 2005, the Federal Board
of Revenue is pleased to declare Margalla Railway Station, Islamabad, measuring an area
of 7.5 acres, to be a customs-port named as the Islamabad Dryport, for clearance of
goods imported or to be exported and to specify the following to be the customs-limits
thereof, namely:-
(a) North : First two tracks up to the Railway guard
quarters, and thereafter up to the boundary
wall erected along side IQRA University Road
(Service Road), Sector 1-9 area.
(b) East : Up to the existing boundary wall.
(c) West : Up to the newly constructed boundary wall.
(d) South : Up to the boundary-wall erected along side
the Industrial area road (Service Road),
Sector H-9, Industrial Area.
