NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. (l)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 10 of the
Customs Act. 1969 (IV of 1969), read with sub-section (1) of section 78 thereof, the Federal Board
of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 697(1)72024, dated the 21s' May. 2024, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
after the expression “section 78”, the expression read with clause (b) of section (a)
10,” shall be inserted;
for the words “Off Dock”, the expression “Off-Dock” shall be substituted; and (b)
for the full stop at the end, a colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following (c)
proviso shall be added, namely:-
“Provided that the said Off-Dock Terminal shall also be authorized to
handle all types of TIP operations under Chapter XXIX of the Customs Rules,
2001.”
