S.R.0.-Cg 6 (1)12025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs
Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further
amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.0.499(0/2009, dated the 13th June, 2009,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1), against S.No.2,-
clause (0 and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) and
(3) shall be omitted; and
after the TABLE, the explanation shall be omitted.
