This SRO amends the S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.676(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006 and shall be deemed to have been so made on 10th June, 2007, namely: - In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), - (1) S. No. 1 and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) shall be omitted; (2) against S. No. 2,- (i) under heading “raw materials” in column (3), in entry (4) after the word “sheet” the words “in coils” shall be inserted; and (ii) in column (3), under heading Sub-components and Components against entry (6), in column (4), for the figure “8501.4099” the figure “8501.4090” shall be substituted; (3) against S. No. 3, in column (3), under heading Sub-components and Components against entry (5), in column (4), for the figure “8501.4099” the figure “8501.4090” shall be substituted; (4) against S. No. 4, in column (3), under heading Sub-components and Components,- (i) against entry (4), in column (4), for the figure “8501.4099” the figure “8501.4090” shall be substituted; and (ii) for entry (6) and entries relating thereto in columns (4) and (5), the following shall be substituted, namely; “(6) Glass Door for use in 8418.9990 10% ad val.
