(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O 562 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 655(I)/2006,
dated the 22nd June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(1) In the conditions;
(i) for the words “Central Board of Revenue”, wherever occurring,
the words “Federal Board of Revenue” shall be substituted;
and
(ii) condition “(xi)”; occurring for the second time, shall be
renumbered as condition “(xii)”; and
(2) in the Table, against serial No. 4 in column (1), in column (6), for
the figure “10%” the figure “0%” shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall take effect from the 12th day of June, 2008.
