CUSTOMS
S.R.O. 557 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 328(I)/2007, dated the 18th April, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) the letters “CBR”, wherever occurring, the letters “FBR” shall
be substituted; and
(i) the word “Central”, wherever occurring, the word “Federal”
shall be substituted.
