(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.553 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18
of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind the
following Notifications, namely:-
(a) S.R.O. 947(I)/2007, dated the 12th September, 2007; and
(b) S.R.O.1172(I)/2007, dated the 5th December, 2007.
2. This notification shall take effect from the 12th day of June, 2008.
