(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 1185(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that a regulatory duty at the rate of thirty-five per
cent (35%) ad-valorem shall be levied on export of wheat products (such as atta,
maida, suji, etc.) with immediate effect.
