NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 445(I)/2000:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 18 of the Custom Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the regulatory duty shall be levied on- (a) the export of goods specified in column (2) of Table I below at the rates specified in column (3) thereof; and (b) the import of goods specified in column (3) of Table II below and falling under the headings or Sub-headings of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), specified in column (2) thereof, at the rates specified in column (4) of that table.
