GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 10th March, 2008. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.269(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely: - In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against Sr. No. 83, in column (1), - (a) against entry (i), in column (3), in column (5), after the letters “ad val” the figures and words “except for CKD kit for Plasma Display Panel (PDP) and Liquid Crystal Display Panel (LCD) which shall be 0% ad valorem for the period from 10.03.2008 to 09.03.2009” shall be inserted, and (b) under entry (ii) in column (3),- (i) against item (h), in column (5), for the figures, words and letters “5% ad valorem for the period from 10.03.2008 to 09.03.2009” shall be added; and (ii) against item (i), in column (5), the figure and the word “10% ad valorem” shall be added.
