S.R.O. 268(I)/2008. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, after serial number No. 50 in
column (1), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns
(2), (3), (4) and (5), shall be added, namely:-
“51 8528.7211 Liquid Crystal Display 20% 20% rate shall
Panels in CBU form be effective till
09.03.2009.
8528.7212 Plasma Display Panels Ditto Ditto.”
