S.R.O. go4g (1)/2022- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3CCB and 4 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to authorize the officers
of the Directorate General of National Nuclear Detection Architecture (NNDA), Federal Board of
Revenue, specified in column (2) of the Table below, to exercise the powers and discharge the
duties of the officers of customs under the provisions of the said Act, specified in column (3) of
that Table, and to invoke all the relevant provisions of the said Act and rules made thereunder, if
so warranted, within the area of their respective jurisdiction, namely: -
