S.R.0.342. (1)/2023. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5)
of section 33 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of
Revenue is pleased to specify in column (3) of the Table below the powers of the
officers of Customs specified in column (2) thereof to sanction refund claims in
terms of amount of Customs duty and other taxes involved in their area of
jurisdiction, namely:-
