NOTIFICATION S.R.O. f3E6(I)/2025.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sections l8C and l9 ofthe Customs Act, 1969 (lV of 1969), the Federal Govemment is pleased to exempt, from the lstday ofAugust,2025 to 3l day of Jtrly,2026 the goods imported into Pakistan, under the Early Harvest Program with Afghanistan, as specified in column (4) of the Table below having tonnage as mentioned in column (9) thereof falling under the respective headings and sub- headings ofthe First Schedule to the said Act, as specified in column (2) and (3) ofthat Table, from so much ofthe customs duty (CD), additional customs duty (ACD) and regulatory duty (RD), as specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Act,l969 (lV of 1969) or as notified by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the I't day ofJuly, 2025, as in excess ofthe rate specifred respectively in columns (5), (6), (7) and (8) ofthe said Table:. Provided that where the rates ofCD, ACD or RD as has been specified in columns (5), (6), (7) and (8) of the said Table are higher than the rates as specified in the First Schedule to the aforementioned Act or notified by the FBR, as the case may be, the lower rate of CD, ACD and RD shall apply, namely: - Table S.
