Amendment in S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.1087(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (1) | against S.No. 6, in column (1), in column (4), against entry (32), for the figure “8483.5020” the figure “8483.5030” shall be substituted; (2) | against S.No. 22, in column (1),- (i) | in column (5), against entry (4) in column (3), for the figure “10” the figure “5” shall be substituted; and (ii) | in columns (3) and (4), after the entry (4) in column (3), the following shall be added, namely; “(5) Luster (Powder form) | 3207.4090 (6) Printing Binder | 3824.9099”; (3) | against S.No. 25 in column (1), i n columns (3) and (4), after the entry (11) in column (3), the following shall be added, namely;- “(12) | Gas injection rail | 8409.9991 (13) | Gas system electronic control unit | 9032.8920 (14) | Wiring hornes for electronic control unit | 8544.4129 (15) | Gas filter | 8421.3190 (16) | Petrol Injection cut off wiring | 8544.4129 (17) | Gas metering Stepper motor | 8481.8020 (18) | Low pressure gas tubes for injection systems dia 5, 6, 14 mm | 4009.2130 (19) | Gas ventilation hose. | 3917.3200”; (4) | against S.No. 32 in column (1), in column (4),- (i) | against entry (16), for the figure “8536.5090” the figure “8536.5099” shall be substituted; and (ii) | against entry (17), for the figure “8536.6900”, the figure “8536.6990” shall be substituted; (5) | against S.No. 52 in column (1), for the entries i n columns (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted , namely;- “(1) | Melamine resin | 3909.2000 (2) | Pigment thickener | 3906.9090 (3) | Other - Acrylic Co-polymer emulsion (Binder Interlining) | 3906.9020”; (6) | against S.No. 55 in column (1), in column (4), against entry (6), for the figure “2902.9090” the figure “2707.5000” shall be substituted; (7) | against S.No. 64 in column (1), in column (3), entry (4) and the figure “3906.9090” in column (4) shall be omitted; (8) | against S.No. 84 in column (1), in column (3), under item (h),- (i) | in entry (4), for the words “ Filter or plasma display panel protector” the words ‘Filter for plasma display or LCD panel ” shall be substituted; (ii) | in entry (6), for the words “ Plasma display control unit” the words “Plasma display or LCD control unit ” shall be substituted; (9) | against S.No. 85 in column (1), in column (4), against entry (13) in column (3) under item (C), for the figure “8530.3090” the figure “8536.3000” shall be substituted; (10) | against S.No. 101 in column (1), in columns (3) and (4), for the entry (7), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(7) | Lacquer for CDR | 3208.9090 (7A) | UV bonder for DVDR/DVDR-DL | 3506.9990”; (11) | against S.No. 103 in column (1), in column (4), against entry (3), for the letter “a” the figure “8419.9090” shall be substituted; (12) | against S.No. 107 in column (1), in column (4), against entry (2), after the figure “4819.2000” a comma shall be inserted and thereafter the figure “, 4811.4900” shall be added; (13) | after S.No. 111 in column (1) and entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), the following new S.Nos and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “112 | Integrated circuits, Solar cells. | Silicon wafers and discs doped with Phosphorus, Boron, Arsenic and others | 3910.0000 | 0% ad val | Nil”; 113 | Spark Plugs | Porcelain Insulator | 8546.2000 | 0% ad val | Nil” [C.No. 1(5) II & T-III/2006] - 70/2006} (MUSARRAT JABEEN) Additional Secretary
