Amendment in S.R.O. 575(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 1076(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 27th October, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in S.No.7, in column (1),- (i) under heading (A), after sub-serial number (11), the following new sub-serial numbers and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be added, namely:- “12).
