NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 999(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34A of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 463(I)/2007, dated the 6th June, 2007, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, for the full stop, at the end, a comma shall be substituted and thereafter the following shall be added, namely:- “or has already been paid at the time of issuance of this notification.”.
