(SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 1010(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61
of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Federal Excise
Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that in its
Notification No. S.R.O.993(I)/2006, dated the 21st September, 2006, the following
amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the
11th September, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), against serial
number 1, in column (3), for the figure “5.99”, the figure “6.96” shall be
substituted.
