Amendments in SRO 350(I)/2002, dated 15.06.2002

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 20th October, 2003 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 996 (1)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Registration, Voluntary Registration and De-Registration Rules, 1996, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 350(1)/2002 dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the table,- (i) S. No. 10 in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; (ii) in S. No. 13 in column (1), in column (3) for the figure “1200320400382”, the figure “1100320405837” shall be substituted; (iii) in S. No. 14 in column (1), in column (2), for the letters, oblique, full stop words and brackets “M/s. Ali Gohar Pharmaceutical (Pvt) Limited” the letters, oblique, words and brackets “M/s. AGP (Pvt) Ltd” shall be substituted; (iv) S. No. 15 in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; (v) after S. No. 26 in column (1), the following new S.
