(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 895(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 551(I)/2008, dated the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) against serial number 23 in column (1), in column (3), before the figure
“7103.9100”, the figure and comma “7103.1000,” shall be inserted; and
(b) after serial number 23 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries
relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“24. Synthetic or reconstructed stones, 7104.1000, 7104.2000 and
precious or semi-precious. 7104.9000”.
