S.R.O.61 (I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(6) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased
to direct that the filter rods for cigarettes (PCT heading 5502.0090) shall not be
supplied or sold to any person who is not registered under the said Act.
