(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 861(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 551(I)/2008, dated the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S. No. 17 in column (1) and
the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial
number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“18. Mineral oil 97% (W/V) 110% (W/V) Subject to a certificate by Plant
falling under PCT Heading Protection Department
2710.1991 specifying the quantities not
exceeding 250 tons to be
imported by the person
registered with them as
importer, formulator or
manufacturer of pesticides, if
imported by 15th October,
2008”.
