Amendments in Notification No. S.R.O. 320(I)/2001 dated May 25, 2001

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS / SALES TAX) S.R.O. 749 (1)/2001:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 320(I)/2001, dated 25th May, 2001, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 25th May, 2001, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification: - (1) in the first paragraph, in condition (ii), for the figures, words and commas “6th October, 2001, to the 15th October, 2001” the figures, words and commas “30th March, 2002, to the 8th April, 2002” shall be substituted; and (2) in paragraph 3, for the figures, words and commas “15th October, 2001” the figures, words and comma “31st March, 2002” shall be substituted.
