NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 746(1)12025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso
to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue
is pleased to fix the minimum retail price to be the average national retail price of
cement as last published at Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) website (weekly
sensitive price indicator - SPI) before the V and the 16th of every month for
respective fortnight starting on the 1" and 16th of every month for the purpose of
payment of sales tax, at the rate as applicable to and specified in clause (a) of sub-
section (2) of section 3 of the said Act.
2. This Notification shall take effect on and from the V day of May, 2025.
