(SALES TAX)
S.RO. 577(Iy2025.-ln exercise of the powers conferred by the first provrso
to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 (VII of 1990), and in
supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1027(l)12021, dated the l6th August,
2021, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the minimum ex-mill value of
white crystalline sugar as specified in column (3) of the Table below with effect
from the l't April of 2025, namely:
