NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 680(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to fix the value of billets produced by Pakistan Steel Mills, Karachi, at twenty two thousand rupees per metric tonne for the purposes of assessment of sales tax, irrespective of the actual value of supply and Pakistan Steel Mills shall be entitled to input tax adjustment.
02. This notification shall take effect from the 1st July, 2006.
