NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 679(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 72(I)/2006, dated the 28th January, 2006, the Federal Government is pleased to fix the values specified in column (4) of the Table below in respect of the goods mentioned in column (2) of the said Table, for the purposes of assessment of sales tax chargeable at the import stage, namely:-
