S.R.O. 666(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of
Revenue is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 545(I)/2004,
dated the 30th June, 2004, the following amendment shall be made and shall
be deemed always to have been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after the word “ton”, at the end, the comma
and words “, irrespective of the value at which the supply is made” shall be
added.
