S.R.O. 646(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the following amendments shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. 462(I)/2007, dated
the 9th June, 2007, namely:-
In the said Notification, in the Table, in the first column, after serial number 6 and
the entries relating thereto in the second and third column, the following new serial
numbers and the entries relating thereto in the second and third column shall be added,
namely:-
“7. Remeltable scrap 72.04
8. Vessels for breaking up 89.08”.
