NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O.651(I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. No.614(I)/2000 dated the 2nd September, 2000, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3, ¾
(i) after the word “tax”, occurring for the first and second time, the words “or enlistment tax” shall be inserted;
(ii) after the word “enrolled”, occurring twice, the words “or enlisted” shall be inserted; and
(iii) after the figure and letter “3A” the words, figure and letters “or section 3AAA” shall be inserted.
